Convenient location, near a business area. the room had clean and cozy bedding. 😊

The staff is well organized and helpful, an absolute asset to this the place. Neat rooms with windows falling apart are accompanied by excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Via Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The reception staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us when we needed to speak to the owner. Despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I did not feel safe, the waterpressure in the shower/bath is poor and their were insects.

The floors in the rooms always felt and looked unswept and the continental breakfast could be improved.

What a thanksgiving I had! the holiday was amazing, made even more special by the fact that the hotel offered complimentary dessert and a bottle of wine upon arrival. the location was ideal, with easy access to local restaurants and shops.

location: the hotel was next to the mall of africa and the establishment and gallagher convention centre. loved our rooms with sterile comfortable bedding. the staff were really helpful and top-class all the time. had a very good stay for a business trip and would like to stay longer.

the location was great as it was close to the business area in Midrand, the Gallagher Convention Centre, and the Mall of Africa. This made it convenient for me to attend my meetings and do some shopping. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were excellent. They were always available to attend to any queries I had and provided great service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. The air conditioning was a blessing, especially during the hot weather, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was also delicious and a great way to start my day.
